"We believe it is beneficial to our trees to use the same arborist every year, having used Arboressence for many years, we have always found them very professional, with a great knowledge for our trees. We have found applying for the Safe tree program reimbursement through the VSBA an easy process even using our own arborist. The reports that Arboressence provide after their initial visit are very thorough and provide the VSBA with all the information they require."

"The Arboressence team have always been good at communicating and providing feedback from the initial discussions with the management team through to the Arborists on the ground. Arboressence have embraced the use of technology, this has enabled them to undertake tasks in an efficient and effective way with fantastic record keeping. They have an excellent Safety record with The Rural City of Wangaratta this is due to the culture of the company and fantastic communication throughout the tasks assigned to them."

"North East Survey Design has engaged with Arboressence on a number of projects to prepare arborist assessments for Development Plans as well as more specific advice for tree retention and protection measures during design and construction of civil and land development projects. We always find them great to work with and their reports well received by Councils and our clients."
